Lolade Olutola

Lolade OLUTOLA is the present Director- General of Oyo State Investment and Public Private Partnership Agency (OYSIPA). She was appointed the Director-General of OYSIPA in 2021 under the able leadership of His Excellency, Engineer Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde FNSE, the Executive Governor of Oyo state, Nigeria.

She is an astute financial expert with over 15 years of experience and has extensive understanding of market trends in addition to in-depth knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations

Before assuming the office of Director- General at OYSIPA, She was the Head of Finance for a major retail outfit in Port-Harcourt, Ponitec Markets Limited. Lolade started her career as a cashier with Shandees Restaurant and in 2006, proceeded to being the unit/branch accountant for Sundry Foods Limited. She rose to the rank of the company’s Treasury Manager in 2008, a role she successfully handled and managed for thirteen years, where she oversaw the overall financial and treasury functions for more than 60 different outlets across Nigeria.

Lolade is a graduate of the University of Ilorin where she obtained her B.Ed in Education Management with Honors. She also obtained an International Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management (Level 7) from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management UK. In addition, she is a certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from Corporate Finance Institute CFI, Vancouver Canada and also a Certified Corporate Treasury Manager from the New York Institute of Finance. She also bagged Tax compliance mastery at the Delloite School of Tax.

Her recently acquired knowledge and skills includes but is not limited to improving SMSE’s modus operandi, Public Private Partnership coordination, managing investment efficiency, project monitoring and evaluation etc

Lolade has successfully led the agency since 2021 with optimum performance and had with her team delivered a good number of public-private partnership projects in Oyo state in collaboration with other sister agencies/ministries in Oyo State
