Abimbola Ogundare

Abimbola is a Financial Advisory Partner and leads Deloitte’s Corporate Finance practice for Africa. She is a Chartered Accountant with deep knowledge of business and investments.

She has several years of experience advising public and private sector clients across a wide range of transactions, including buy and sell side M&A, valuations, business planning, restructuring, due diligence and financial modelling.

Her work as a corporate finance specialist often involves assessing financial data and transactions to derive value and proffer solutions. Abimbola possesses a deep understanding of business operations, value chains, structures, and financial practices across various industries.

Abimbola has managed and conducted high-profile cross-continental and domestic engagements across and outside Africa; and continues to advise on various strategic and forward-thinking transactions with innovative ideas.
